You’re Hypnosis Session with Jeffrey Rose, Clinical Hypnotist and Nutritionist

Prior to your hypnosis session you will receive confidential questionnaires and articles relating to the area you seek help in. These materials will help you begin the process of change even before your appointment.  
 
On the day of your appointment you will have very little or no wait time as we respect your time and ours. You will arrive to a comfortable, professional office. To accommodate our clients who wish to have additional privacy we have strategies to support you.  
 
At the beginning of your session, you will be sitting in a luxurious massage chair to relax in while our Clinical Hypnotist, Jeffrey Rose, CMH prepares for you. He will review your questionnaires with you to enable him to get to know you then tailor his hypnotic suggestions to your personality and needs. If you have ever experienced cold, clinical, medical professionals in the past, you will be pleasantly pleased to find Mr. Rose to be a highly warm, compassionate person, a person with whom you will feel completely comfortable and confident.  
 
Mr. Rose will then take time to thoroughly explain the nature of hypnosis and answer any questions you might have. Next you will be gently guided into a trance state. Trance or hypnosis is a special state of mind in which you are highly focused and concentrating, and anytime you wish to come out of it, you can end it and return to normal consciousness. It is extremely relaxing, and people enjoy the feeling of stress-free peacefulness. You will consciously hear everything Mr. Rose says and can accept or reject any of the suggestions Mr. Rose offers to you. 
 
The initial session of an hour and three quarters is followed by two to three reinforcement sessions of about an hour or 45 minutes. 

Following the articles that will help guide you on your new, health-generating path. These articles will inform you on health and nutrition so that it will be easier for you to make healthier choices in your new life.  
 
In selected cases, Mr. Rose will make personal follow-up calls to ensure continued progress with further guidance and supportive suggestions.
