Jeffrey Rose, CMH is a Certified Hypnotist and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is a member in good standing of the most prominent guilds; National Guild of Hypnotists and of the International Association of Counselors & Therapists. In addition, The New York Public Research Group (NYPIRG) presented Jeffrey an award for his 10 years of dedicated service in the public interest. He has a degree in Psychology from New York University. Jeffrey has a private practice in Manhattan and over 12 years experience offering private individual hypnosis sessions, delivering group sessions, workshops, and corporate programs, in the New York area, and throughout the country.
In addition, Jeffrey is Staff Writer Recover Magazine, the Lifestyle Magazine for Anyone Living with Addiction, where he writes on health and fitness. His articles have appeared in scientific journals including the Official Journal of the Society of Dermatology, & Skincare Specialists. He has been quoted in Exhale/Inhale Magazine, NYC & Hampton’s guide to Fitness, Beauty and Wellness, Palm Beach Society, and NY’s Promenade Magazine.
Jeffrey lost his father to cancer from smoking and now helps 2-4 people everyday to quit. Mr. Rose incorporates the Paleolithic man’s diet into his personal dietary habits, eating only organic fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, fish, wild game and organic grass fed beef. He has been free of processed sugar for over 26 years and has no desire for it. He is currently writing a book on Weight Loss.
